What we collect
We store your name, email, password hash, session records, uploaded videos and technical metadata, draft captions, posting settings, consent records, and publishing results. When you connect TikTok, we store its account identifier, profile information, granted scopes, and encrypted access and refresh tokens.
Why we use it
We use this data to authenticate you, operate your private video library, prepare and submit the posts you authorize, track results, and maintain security. We do not sell your content or add watermarks.
Storage and processors
Workspace records are stored in the operator’s PostgreSQL database and videos on the operator’s server storage. Redis processes queues and rate limits. The configured email provider delivers verification and password-reset messages. TikTok receives content only after explicit publishing consent. The operator must provide its identity, hosting region, and processor details before public launch.
Retention and deletion
Your profile, videos and post records remain until you delete them or your account. Expired sessions and action tokens are removed by the worker. Audit events are retained for up to 90 days and webhook receipts for up to 7 days. Operational backups, if enabled by the operator, require a separately documented retention policy before launch. Deleting local records does not delete videos already published on TikTok.
Your control
You can disconnect TikTok, revoke other sessions, delete unused videos, and delete your account in Settings. TikTok disconnection attempts official token revocation. Contact the operator for access, correction, or deletion assistance.
